Description

The design concept of the hand operated double miter saw is to cut an accurate left hand and right hand miter. Sawhead movement is achieved by a precise bearing mounted pivot. With proper tooling, perfect miters can be accomplished repeatedly. Miters are accurately made for either outside "tip-to-tip", inside or rabbet measurements. Performance is vibration free and pieces are consistently cut to mill like finishes if proper tooling is utilized. Ideal for all mitering applications, gives big machine production at a price that even the smallest frame or cabinet shop can afford. Made in the USA.

Heavy duty precision CNC machined aluminum base, provides the stability and strength to maintain accuracy.

Automatic retraction steel sawblade safety guards.

Quick setting, patented Visi-Miter gage allows rapid accurate rabbet measurements. Adjustable stop locks at desired length.

Automatic, self adjusting work clamps hold work against the fence during cutting.

Super precision, Mitermaster carbide sawblades with exclusive radial taper clearances for
the ultimate in mitering performance.

Modular component design, allows simple in field maintenance and repairs.

Built in sawdust exhaust ducts for dust control.

Front fence design with built in chip breakers, just like larger machines.

Eliminates tearout or chipping.

Gas cylinder automatic sawhead return.

Machine is factory assembled and tested prior to shipment., Only the gage bar needs to be installed prior to use.

Super quiet operation via continuous duty, high torque, direct drive ball bearing, industrial rated motors.

Precision sawhead pivots with maintenance free sealed ball bearings.
