This machine has been designed for heavy duty assembly applications such as furniture components, cabinet doors, mirrors, and large picture frames. It drives a high tensile corrugated nail which tightly draws the mitre or butt joint together forming a strong mechanical bond. This machine has a reinforced nail driver for trouble free cycling plus heavy duty air cylinders which easily drive the hardest woods and MDF.

The Speednailer 200 comes equipped with a computer which electronically controls where nails are driven along the joint. Corrugated nails can be driven or stacked into 2 positions per corner. A key feature on this machine is the fastener load system; the corrugate nails are driven from high load coils with less reloading and therefore more production time per shift !
