This is a heavy duty machine designed to last many years in a high production environment. It has a reinforced nail driver for trouble free cycling plus heavy duty air cylinders for extended periods of production with very little maintenance. Also, this machine has reserve air tank which keeps system pressure at the desired levels when driving the hardwoods and MDF.

The VN 4E – 3L is fast and comes equipped with a computer which electronically controls where V-Nails ® are driven along the frame joint. V-Nails ® can be driven or stacked in up to 3 positions per corner. Other features include a pneumatic load / feed system to eliminate jams, clamping fixtures to fit most profiles, and a long stroke nail driver (5”) for assembling larger frames.

We also offer an electronic machine which drives up to 2 nail positions per corner and another which assembles two level profiles. Information available upon request.
